Two Day Recording Workshop in London
Thursday and Friday April 15 - 16
Day 1-Group Rehearsal 10am-12.00pm and 1-2-1 one hour private sessions between 1.30pm-5.30pm with Director Lorrayn de Peyer
Day 2-Recording sessions between 2.00pm and 6.00pm One hour per person
Investment: Early Bird Price if paid in full more than one month in advance: £375; Normal price: £455
Each student does one song each and has one hour in the studio with Director Lorrayn de Peyer or one of our Senior Trainers and a top producer to record thier song. See below for course description.

Three Day Recording Workshop -London
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday August 17 - 19
Day 1-Group Rehearsals 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-3.30pm
Day 2-Private 1-2-1 one hour sessions between 11.00am-4.00pm with Director Lorrayn de Peyer
Day 3-Recording sessions between 10am-6pm

COURSE DESCRIPTION
These workshops are suitable for people who have completed our Intermediate and/or Advanced Level singing courses or who are already experienced as singers having had consistent and regular vocal tuition.
The Workshop will take you on a journey of self-discovery whether you want to use it to record a demo for your professional or semi-professional singing career or use it for reasons of self-development. It introduces the singer to the level of musicianship and voice techniques necessary for recording in the studio.
It is for people who are ready to break out of the classroom and challenge themselves with a bigger singing experience in the studio and introduces the singer to the studio process in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We include a combination of group rehearsal sessions; private 1-2-1 rehearsal sessions and a private recording session in a State of the Art Central London recording studio with first class producers and sound engineers. You are expected to have your songs ready for recording at the beginning of the workshop and you will receive a digital master of your songs at the end of the workshop.
You will learn:
· How to deliver an authentic, convincing and powerful performance
· How to connect you with your passion and so improve your self-confidence
· How to achieve the optimum delivery of your songs
· Techniques to help you get the most out of your recording sessions
· How to pace yourself for recording
· How to deal with nerves and stay centred
· How to get the most out of your voice
· Vocal technique for the studio and how this differs from live performance.
· About studio engineering techniques that enhance and amplify the best aspects of your voice
THE COURAGE TO SING brings a gentle and holistic approach to all of our workshops and our Recording Workshops are all led by our Director Lorrayn de Peyer or one of our Senior Trainers. The concept of connection to source and your passion to promote emotional well being and fulfilment through creative expression are fundamental tenants in our approach. We aim to help you overcome any fear or resistance and move you to your next level. The singing and recording thus become a metaphor for personal development in all aspects of your lives.
