Over the last fifteen years Lorrayn de Peyer has led hundreds of workshops and helped thousands of people find their voice, move through their fears and emotional blocks towards greater self-expression through music and singing.

In these Workshop Leader Trainings Lorrayn will cover the unique holistic techniques she has developed showing you how to facilitate, inspire and support others.

We will cover:

• How to hold the energy of a group and deliver a grounded workshop
• How to work on a deep level with your clients
• Use of the chakras to open and balance people
• Techniques to help clear blocks and which improve self-confidence
• The use of visualisation and affirmations as techniques to help learning
• The use of sustainable, personal energy
• How to work from connection to Source and let it do the work
• Lots of general experiential exercises you can use to run a good workshop

Once the training is finished you can use the techniques to help you lead your own workshops and in your own teaching or apply to become a COURAGE TO SING trainer.
